  1. Cut the cucumbers into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths. Place into a storage-use plastic bag, and pound from outside the bag with a wooden pestle.
  2. Drain the tuna can.
  3. Add the tuna, sesame oil and soy sauce to (1) and mix together.
