  1. Cut the cucumbers in half vertically, use the tip of a small spoon to remove the seeds, and cut up into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes. Peel the kiwi fruits and cut into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) cubes.
  2. Combine the yogurt and (A) and mix together.
  3. Quickly combine 1) together with the mint leaves and dress with (2).
