(A) Maple Soy Dressing

50 ml (1.7 fl. oz.)

Directions

  1. Tear the lettuce into bite-size pieces. Then, thinly slice the onion, bell pepper and lemon.
  2. Prepare the maple soy dressing (A). Place all ingredients, except for the olive oil, into a bowl separately and then mix together. Gradually add in the olive oil and mix in well.
  3. Combine the smoked salmon and (1), and arrange onto plates. Tear up and sprinkle the dill on top, then pour on the soy-maple dressing and enjoy.

Cut the bell pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
