1Prepare the vinegared rice. Use a cutting motion to mix the sushi vinegar into the warm rice evenly, and fan the rice to cool. Julienne the squid, cut the tuna into batons. Cut the cucumber into rectangular sticks, and julienne the takuan. Stir the natto and add the seasoning. Cut the sheets of nori seaweed in half.

2Arrange the ingredients on a serving platter with a side of soy sauce and wasabi. Place the vinegared rice onto the nori seaweed, then wrap up your favorite ingredients and enjoy.
