salmon (sashimi-grade)
80 g (2.8 oz.)
cream cheese

60 g (2.1 oz.)

avocado

1/2

butterhead lettuce

5 to 6 leaves

nori seaweed

4 to 6 sheets

as desired

cooked rice

400 g (14.1 oz.)

Directions

  1. Cut the salmon and cream cheese into rectangular sticks. Cut the avocado and bell pepper into rectangular sticks also. Halve the nori seaweed and lettuce leaves. 
  2. Arrange the ingredients on a serving platter with a side of soy sauce and wasabi. Place rice onto a nori seaweed sheet, top with desired ingredients, then wrap into a cone and enjoy with a side of soy sauce and wasabi.
