- Cut the salmon and cream cheese into rectangular sticks. Cut the avocado and bell pepper into rectangular sticks also. Halve the nori seaweed and lettuce leaves.
- Arrange the ingredients on a serving platter with a side of soy sauce and wasabi. Place rice onto a nori seaweed sheet, top with desired ingredients, then wrap into a cone and enjoy with a side of soy sauce and wasabi.
