Ingredients(Servings: 2)

ground chicken

200 g (7.1 oz.)

egg

1/2

pepper

a dash

powdered cheese

1/2 Tbsp

flour

as needed

extra virgin olive oil

1/2 Tbsp

leaf lettuce

as desired

Directions

  1. Place the ground meat, egg, soy sauce and pepper into a bowl and combine well until the mixture becomes sticky.
  2. Add the aonori and powdered cheese to (1), mix in, divide the mixture into 6 equal portions, form each into a flat oval, then lightly dust entirely with flour. 
  3. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan, arrange (2) inside. Turn the heat to medium low, cover with a lid and pan-fry for about 4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook a further 4 minutes.
  4. Serve onto dishes and garnish with leaf lettuce if available.
