Ingredients(Servings: 2)
- ground chicken

200 g (7.1 oz.)
- egg

1/2
- Kikkoman Soy Sauce
-
2 tsp
- pepper
-
a dash
- powdered cheese
-
1/2 Tbsp
- flour
-
as needed
- extra virgin olive oil

1/2 Tbsp
- leaf lettuce
-
as desired
Directions
- Place the ground meat, egg, soy sauce and pepper into a bowl and combine well until the mixture becomes sticky.
- Add the aonori and powdered cheese to (1), mix in, divide the mixture into 6 equal portions, form each into a flat oval, then lightly dust entirely with flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a fry pan, arrange (2) inside. Turn the heat to medium low, cover with a lid and pan-fry for about 4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook a further 4 minutes.
- Serve onto dishes and garnish with leaf lettuce if available.
