Directions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and season in (A).
  2. Boil the chestnuts and peel.
  3. Chop up the carrots and green peppers. Boil the carrots. Drain the canned mushrooms.
  4. Begin to fry the garlic in salad oil in the fry pan. Once an aroma emanates, add in the chicken. Next, pour in (B). Once boiling, add in (C), (2) and (3).
