A stir-fried noodle dish popular in Japan, easily prepared on the stovetop or even on a hot plate.

- Cut the beef into easy-to-eat pieces. Julienne the bell pepper, quickly boil the bean sprouts and then drain in a colander.
- Heat the sesame oil in a fry pan, add in the beef and vegetables from (1), cook and season with a dash of salt. Next add in the udon noodles, and stir-fry all the ingredients together.
- Mix together (A), pour into the fry pan from (2), and stir-fry all together. Sprinkle on the sesame seeds to complete this dish.
