Directions

  1. Cut the onion into 5 mm (0.2 in) thick wedges, julienne the carrots into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths and 5 mm (0.1 in.) widths, and quarter the radishes.
  2. Place (1) and (A) into a lidded container. Set aside for a few minutes to allow time to marinate.
  3. Arrange (2) on a dish and garnish with a lemon wedge.
