Directions

  1. Cut the bacon into 1.5 cm (1/2 in) widths.
  2. Remove the leaves from the stem of the Chinese spinach. Cut the stem into 3-4 cm (1.5 in) lengths. Cut the leaves into large, bite-size pieces.
  3. Heat the sesame seed oil in a fry pan. Lightly fry the onion. Fry both the bacon and the stem pieces for about 1 minute.
  4. Add in and stir fry the leaves. Pour in (A), and warm until finished over high.
