Japanese spinach seasoned in delicious sesame seeds.
Nutrition facts are for one serving.
Boil lightly salted water, then add in the komatsuna. Once soft, place in ice water, remove and dry.
Cut the komatsu into 1 cm (1/2 in) lengths from the edge and dry once again.
Mash the sesame seeds in a bowl about half way, add in (A) and mix well.
Add the komatsuna to (3) and mix well before serving.
