Directions
- Peel the sweet potato and cut into 1.5 cm (0.6 in.) width rounds. Boil in lightly salted (extra) water until soft, then remove and dry.
- Without peeling, slice the apple into 7 to 8 mm (0.3 in.) thick wedges and place into cold water.
- Cut the cream cheese into 1 cm (0.4 in.) cubes.
- Mix (A) together well and dress ingredients (1), (2) and (3).
