  1. Slice the sweet potato up into wedges, place into a heat-safe container without a lid and heat in a microwave (500 W) for about 90 seconds to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot, saute the sweet potato wedges and remove once cooked through.
  3. Mix (A) together in the same pot (2) and bring the mixture to a boil. Once the mixture becomes thick and sticky, return the sweet potatoes to the pot and coat thoroughly.
  4. Serve onto plates and sprinkle on the 2 types of sesame seeds.
