Directions

  1. Divide the mackerel into large, bite-size pieces and marinate in (A) to season.
  2. Cut the bell peppers into large pieces, pan-fry in the oil and season with salt.
  3. Pat dry the mackerel, evenly cover in the potato starch and then pan-fry.
  4. Arrange the bell peppers (2) and mackerel (3) to serve.

Cut the pepper in half, fold the stem and then remove the seeds with your fingers. This is an easier and less wasteful method than using a knife.
