Directions

  1. Divide the mackerel into large, bite-size pieces and marinate in (A) to season.
  2. Cut the peppers into large pieces, pan-fry in the oil and season with salt.
  3. Pat dry the mackerel, evenly cover in the potato starch and then pan-fry.
  4. Arrange the peppers (2) and mackerel (3) to serve.
