Fried Tofu and Mustard Spinach Stir Fry

  1. Douse the fried tofu with boiling water to remove some of the oil, cut in half, then into 1 cm (1/2 in) widths.
  2. Quickly boil the komatsuna, then cut into 4 cm (1.5 in) lengths.
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a pan, add and fry the tofu. Pour in 1/2 cup of water and (A) and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Add in the spinach mustard and sardines, simmer for a few minutes before serving.
