  1. Cook the spinach in boiling water, cut into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths, quickly saute in the butter, then season with the salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly butter (extra) the ramekin dishes, spread out (1) in the bottom and break open 1 egg into each. Next, sprinkle on the cheese, drizzle on the soy sauce and bake in a toaster oven for 4 to 5 minutes.
