Cut the chicken into 2 cm (3/4 in.) cubes. Then, coat with potato starch and pat away any excess powder.

Quickly boil the fava beans and remove their peels. Chop the long onion into 2 cm (3/4 in.) lengths.

Heat up cooking oil in a frying pan. Saute the chicken (1) well until cooked through.

Add the long onions and fava beans to (3) and saute together. Sprinkle in (A) to season and serve.

If removal of the thin skin is not required, such as when lightly boiling in salt water to prepare, cut a slit into the middle line. Doing so will allow for faster cooking and also make the thin skin easier to peel away prior to eating.
