  1. Cut the chicken into 2 cm (3/4 in.) cubes.
    Then, coat with potato starch and pat away any excess powder.
  2. Quickly boil the fava beans and remove their peels.
    Chop the long onion into 2 cm (3/4 in.) lengths.
  3. Heat up salad oil in a frying pan.
    Saute the chicken (1) well until cooked through.
  4. Add the long onions and fava beans to (3) and saute together.
    Sprinkle in (A) to season and serve.
