Directions

  1. Divide the broccoli into smaller bunches and boil.
  2. Cut the cucumber into long, thin slices, and tear the lettuce and green leaf lettuce into easy-to-eat pieces.
    Dip them all in ice water and then allow to drain in a colander.
  3. Tear the basil into small pieces by hand, and mix with combined (A) for the dressing.
    Dress (1) and (2), then serve.
