Cut the sweet potato into pieces about 3 to 4 cm (1-1/2 in.) in length and 7 mm (1/4 in.) in width and height.
Rinse with water. -
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
Then, cut into 1.5 cm (1/2 in) wide rings. -
Heat up oil in a pot, then dry (1) and (2) and deep fry.
Drain off the oil and sprinkle with salt.
