Spinach Omelet

cooking oil

1/2 Tbsp


30 ml (2 Tbsp)

a dash

as needed

10 g (1/3 oz.)

2 Tbsp


  1. Cut the spinach into 3 cm (1-1/2 in.) widths.
  2. Heat the cooking oil in a frypan, then saute (1), add Kikkoman Soy Sauce and remove the contents from the pan.
  3. Place the eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Mix (2) with (3), then divide it into two equal amounts.
  5. Heat half the butter in a frying pan and add (4) to make an omelet. Repeat and make a second omelet.
  6. Serve with a side of ketchup.
