Directions

  1. Trim off the hardened portion of the nanohana stalks, place in cold water to revive crispness.
  2. Use a vegetable peeler to peel off thin slices of carrot, boil water in a pot, quickly boil, remove and cool.
  3. In the same hot water boil (1) until vibrant, place in cold water, remove excess moisture and cut into 3 cm (1.2 in.) lengths.
  4. Dress (2) and (3) with (A) and serve in bowls.
