  1. Cut the chicken meat into bite-size pieces, massage in (A) and allow to marinate for about 15 minutes.
  2. Drip off excess marinade and cover with the potato starch.
  3. Heat the oil to 170C (338F) in a fry pan and fry (2) to crispy deliciousness.
