1Prepare the vinegared rice. Use a cutting motion to mix the sushi vinegar into the warm rice evenly, and fan the rice to cool.

Cut the avocado and salmon into bite-sized slices. Chop the roots off the kaiware. Cut the nori seaweed sheets in half.

Spread the rice over half of each nori seaweed sheet, top with the ingredients and roll from one edge into a cone. Enjoy with a side of soy sauce and wasabi.
