(A) Sesame Dressing

    Make the dressing. Put the sesame seeds from (A) into a fry pan and toast over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes while stirring. Grind in a mortar (“suribachi”), then add water, sugar, and Kikkoman Soy Sauce and mix.

    Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Cut them lengthwise again, then slice thinly across. Add to the dressing from Step 1 and toss to combine.
