Ingredients(Servings: 2 to 3)
Directions
-
Roughly chop up the cabbage.
-
Diagonally slice the chicken breast into bite-size pieces, massage in (A) to season and coat with potato starch as needed.
-
Heat the oil and garlic in a fry pan over medium heat. Once fragrant, add in and cook (2). Once cooked through, add in and cook (1), then add in (B) and cook all ingredients together. Sprinkle on the white sesame seed to finish.
Cooking Basics
Garlic - thinly sliced

Cut the garlic clove with the skin removed vertically in two. Then use the heel of the knife to remove the core and thinly slice.
Cabbage - roughly chopped

Separate the leaves, place the knife diagonally along the core to remove. Cut the leaves in half lengthwise, stack, and then cut into 3 - 4 cm (1.2 to 1.6 in.) wide strips.
Chicken breast - slicing into thin diagonal cuts / sogi-giri

Lay the knife down almost flat to make thin slices. By doing so, larger slices will cook faster and flavors will be soaked up more easily.
