- Cut the spinach into 3 cm (1 in.) lengths.
- Cut the red bell pepper into wedges.
- Place (1) and (2) into a lidded microwave-safe container and heat for 2 minutes at (600W), remove and soak in water. Once cooled, drain and squeeze out excess moisture.
- Pour (A) into (3) and mix together well to dress all ingredients.
