2 fillets (200 g / 7.1 oz.)

(A) Salmon Seasoning

a dash

(B) Batter

Directions

  1. Season the salmon with (A), turn over occasionally while seasoning, wipe away any excess moisture and then coat with the batter (B).
  2. Fill a fry pan 1 cm (0.4 in.) deep with oil, heat to 170 C (338 F), add in (1) and deep-fry over medium heat for 3 minutes, then turn over and deep-fry for about 3 more minutes.
  3. Serve onto plates with lemon wedges on the side.
