Omelet rice wrapped in nori seaweed

- Beat the egg with salt, then make scrambled eggs in a frying pan with heated oil. Remove eggs from the pan.
- Lightly clean the frying pan and heat more oil, then saute the rice. Add the mixed vegetables and (A), then saute further.
- Using the seaweed as a wrap, spread out (2) on top. Place the lettuce, chicken cut into sticks and (1), and roll. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, and eat with ketchup if desired.
