  1. Beat the egg with salt, then make scrambled eggs in a frying pan with heated oil. Remove eggs from the pan.
  2. Lightly clean the frying pan and heat more oil, then saute the rice. Add the mixed vegetables and (A), then saute further.
  3. Using the seaweed as a wrap, spread out (2) on top. Place the lettuce, chicken cut into sticks and (1), and roll. Cut into easy-to-eat pieces, and eat with ketchup if desired.
