Directions

  1. Thinly and diagonally slice the chicken, then massage with (A) and lightly dust with flour.
  2. Beat the egg (B) well, then add in the green nori seaweed flakes.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a fry pan over medium heat. Coat (1) with (2) and cook both sides over medium-low heat. Pour on leftover (B) and cook once more.
