  • Recommendation of soy sauce : maple syrup at 1 : 1 part

Directions

  1. Place the vegetable oil in a fry pan over medium heat and cook the ham on both sides.
  2. Serve the ham onto plates, dress with a well-mixed (A) and sprinkle on a dash of the coarse ground black pepper.
