Cut the yam and cucumber into 3-4 cm (1.2 in) long sticks.

Cut the myoga in half vertically, slice into thin pieces at an angle and soak in water and drain.

Cut the red chili pepper into rounds, remove the seeds and mix well with the other seasonings.

Place (1) and (2) in a bowl. Pour on (3).
