Directions

  1. Cut the prosciutto into bite-size pieces. Cut the apple into wedges and coat each with lemon juice. Tear the arugula into easy-to-eat pieces.
  2. Roast the walnuts until fragrant and coarsely chop.
  3. Mix together (A) to prepare the dressing.
  4. Combine (1), serve on plates and drizzle on the dressing (3). Sprinkle on the walnuts (2) before enjoying.
