- Peel the potatoes, chop into bite-size chunks, quickly wash and then boil. Once cooked through drain in a colander, then spread apart to release remaining steam.
- Place (A) into a bowl to prepare the dressing. Add and mix in (1) while still hot.
- Once (2) has cooled, tear the spinach up into easy to eat pieces, add in together with the cheese and combine all ingredients together.
