Directions

  1. Peel the potatoes, chop into bite-size chunks, quickly wash and then boil. Once cooked through drain in a colander, then spread apart to release remaining steam.
  2. Place (A) into a bowl to prepare the dressing. Add and mix in (1) while still hot.
  3. Once (2) has cooled, tear the spinach up into easy to eat pieces, add in together with the cheese and combine all ingredients together.
