Broccoli, Tomato and Chicken Meatball Hot Pot

ground chicken

200 g (7.1 oz.)


160 g (5.6 oz.)

cherry tomatoes




400 ml (13.5 fl. oz.)

(B) Chicken Meatball Seasoning


1/4 tsp

(C) Dipping Sauce

Kikkoman Ponzu Sauce

3 Tbsp


  1. Place (A) into a pot.
  2. Add (B) to the ground chicken and mix in by stirring by hand in one direction to knead and combine ingredients.
  3. Separate the broccoli into small florets, cut into smaller easy-to-eat pieces, place into cold water for about 3 minutes, then drain. Remove stems from the tomatoes.
  4. Bring (1) to a boil over medium heat, form (2) into balls and drop in, cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 4 minutes.
  5. Remove the lid, turn the heat up to medium, add in the broccoli (3) and simmer for 1 minute. Add in the tomatoes and bring to a quick simmer. Mix together (C) to prepare the dipping sauce and enjoy.
