Directions

  1. Boil the mustard spinach in salt-added (extra) water, then chop into 4 cm (1.6 in.) lengths and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. Drain the tuna can and break up the tuna until finely shredded.
  3. Place the whole grain mustard and soy sauce into a bowl, mix together, add in the mustard spinach and tuna and combine all ingredients well.
