- Heat the salad oil in a frying pan and saute the beef. Add (A) and saute further until the liquid is reduced.
- Julienne the carrot, then heat the sesame oil in a frying pan and saute. When the carrots become tender, remove from heat, then add (B) and dress. Boil the spinach and cool in cold water. Dry and cut into easy-to-eat sizes, then dress with (C). Julienne the pickled daikon radish. Add (D) to the rice and mix together.
- Place the rice and other ingredients on the seaweed, roll and enjoy.
