Directions

  1. Sprinkle pepper onto the pork, then wrap around the hakusai.
  2. Spread the olive oil onto the bottom of a large fry pan, add in (1) and cook until browned on all sides. Cover with a lid and steam-fry for 5 minutes, then flip over and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Turn the heat to medium, add in the soy sauce and mirin, coat all ingredients and slice up once cooled.
