Directions

  1. Cut the pork loin into bite-size pieces.
  2. Mix (A) and the sichuan pepper, mix well with the pork.
  3. Mix the starch and rice flour together and evenly cover the pieces of pork.
  4. Heat the cooking oil to 170 C (338 F) and fry the pork until well done. Arrange on a plate and garnish with sliced sudachi.
